We finally finished it today. We just added another layered drum part to the chorus near the end to cover up some bad lip syncing. Finito!

We thought of something today! We layered some of the footage and zoomed it so it flashes in on the beats. The performance parts are a bit more exciting now.

Diary of Editing (Day 15)

We are close to finishing the effects on both the narrative and the performance today. we just need to think of something to make the band shots more exciting....

Diary of Editing (Day 14)

We found a great sepia light effect which we proceeded to put on the choruses and played about with the lighting of it and the saturation.

Diary of Editing (Day 13)

We were trying to find an effect to put on the guitar solo today and found a great light flare type effect. we then changed some of the effects on the narrative that we decided we didn't like.

Diary of Editing (Day 12)

Today we added the rest of the narrative effects and sliced up an entrance to the chorus where the drums roll, an almost seizure like drum flashing effect appears.

Diary of Editing (Day 11)

We finally carried on editing our music video after having worked on the ancillary tasks for a couple of weeks. We finished the end of the music video and started adding effects to the narrative such as the smooth fades and cross dissolves to make everything flow together.
